St Andrews Pink qualified directly for the Finals from the Scotland Qualifier having finished 4.

St Andrews Pink may at first be a confusing team, with more Americans than Scottish people but we all reside in the Kingdom of Fife. We have had an interesting year of sailing this year, with knee injuries, black flags, turning up to Lochs at the launching time and getting the tube to sailing. I think St Andrews Pink can at times reflect the French rugby team, in that you don't know what team is going to turn up on the day. However, we have managed some results along the way such as at Angel of the North, Loughborugh Lemming and the Scottish qualifiers. We are excited to have qualified for finals for a second year in a row, with this being the second finals for 4 of our team. We hope this year the race committee will give us enough time to actually make our starts and that our results will not continue the stereotype of Scottish Student Sailing.
