  • Durham Purple qualified directly for the Finals from the Northern Qualifier having finished 2.

    This year, Durham Purple intends to build on last years success of coming third, although with our previous track record in events like Top Gun and Cam Cup, we may have to devote our efforts into winning the social instead. The team is made up of the returners: the tactical Ezra Leake, the excellent Charlotte Fisher and the rapid Aaron Evans... Joining this season, as fresh meat, is the handsome Charlie Dorkins, the truly brilliant captain Elsje Dijkstra and the occasionally funny Zoe Bazen. Joining as a social sailor is the man with the best mullet in the north (and ladies he is single) James Taylor... We are certainly looking forward to what will surely be a fantastic event!
